Your examination in QPS

Quality Progress System (QPS) is an assessment tool used by the Faculty of Medicine. There are various forms of assessment that can be conducted in QPS, amongst others digital exams, essays and assignments, quizzes, skills assessment.

Your individual exam code

When taking an exam on-site, you will receive your individual exam code on paper when checking in at the exam venue.  

If you are taking the exam online from home, you will receive your individual exam code and login instructions in your email. Sender of the email is Ortrac. If you have not received the email, contact your course secretary.

Feedback and grades

After the exam, the examiner has the option to send you different kinds of reports, such as: a copy of your answers, the correct answers and your results; your performance in different sections of the exam; or your overall grade. The reports are usually sent to your email and are also published in your QPS account under “Past exams”.
