Student support in Zoom

Currently, we are not accepting student enquiries over the phone. Instead, we offer direct support in an open Zoom room. As usual, you can email servicedesk@lu.se, and you can now also book a meeting in Teams.

The Zoom room is open from 10:00 to 12:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and from 13:00 to 15:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

You are welcome to the Zoom room even if you have not yet started your studies at Lund University. 

If you are already a student at Lund University, you can also book a personal meeting with the support team in Teams. Email servicedesk [at] lu [dot] se – describe your issue and state that you would like to book a meeting. The support team will call you in Teams, so make sure you are logged in via your LU account.
