Technical support via email

You can also get personal help from our student support team. Student support offers technical assistance to all students at Lund University. You can send your question by email to servicedesk [at] lu [dot] se (servicedesk[at]lu[dot]se). Tell us who you are and describe your problem, and we will help you.

Zoom support

You can also ask your question to student support in Zoom if, for example, you need to show your problem. Zoom support is open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
