Are you not finding information about how to activate your student account? Are you having issues connecting to Zoom or are you unable to see your course in Canvas? Do you need help connecting to the internet at the university? If so, you can contact LU ServiceDesk to receive personal technical support.
On Lund University’s website, you can find information about the student account, how you download software that you’re allowed free access to as a student and about connection to the university’s wireless network. But you can also contact LU ServiceDesk in order to receive personal technical support. They don’t have any physical visiting hours, but you can contact them via their self-service portal, you can call them or you can send an email. You can find contact information below
