The Lund University website contains information about the IT services you use as a student. There you can learn about how your student account works, what software you can use for free as a student, and how to connect to the university's wireless network.

All students at Lund University can get personal help from our student support. Send your question by email to supportcenter [at] lu [dot] se (supportcenter[at]lu[dot]se). Tell us who you are and describe your problem, and we will help you.
The Student Support in Zoom
You can also ask your question to The Student Support in Zoom if, for example, you need to show your problem. The support in Zoom is open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Drop-in support for Inspera
During the semester, The Student Support offers drop-in support for students who are experiencing specific problems with Inspera or the Safe Exam Browser. Bring your computer and drop by if you need help.
At the moment there are no dates for drop in. If you need help with Inspera, you can contact support via email and book a digital or physical meeting.
